You need to copy save files into a slot that the game knows about.
Say you've downloaded a save named file15.rpgsave and you want to see it in slot 15. You will need to open the game and start a new game or save an existing game in that slot. Once you have done that you can overwrite file15.rpgsave in your directory with the one you have downloaded and it will work.
If you wanted it in slot 5 instead you would save a new game in 5, rename the downloaded file to file5.rpgsave and copy it over the save file you just created.

In order to share save files, you must share entire save folder. If you share only save#. file, the global.file won't recognize the save.
Or there is another method, not sure if it works: you can start the new game, make a save on the file#and then just replace your save# with the save# (same number) you downloaded, and the game should see the save you downloaded.

A 'job' of sorts, consisting of many blowjobs and handjobs, I presume. Instead of money from tips (bar job) or order points (reception) Karryn's reward will be fatigue reduction.
Yeah, Nurse and Teacher jobs are obvious missed opportunities, especially for those interested in sadistic Warden style of play.
